How is IDA Finances going to be organized? Is there same kind of Governor? Are there going to be records/sheets with the donations?

I can't provide you with a link (I can't seem to find it right now), but there is at least one table (on GoogleDocs) with a record of all donations. As for your other questions, you'll have to wait for an answer from Nyx Lynx
